- Credit card bookings accepted. You can also pay by bank draft or cheque.
- Contract exists only after confirmation of booking. A credit card is required as a guarantee of the booking.
- Confirmation is made by paying 25% of the total amount in advance, adjustable at the time of full payment.
- Full Payment must be received at least 15 days before arrival or within 1 week of confirmation if it is made less than 15 days of arrival. In an emergency booking or confirmation the full amount must be paid on arrival.
- Cancellations - After confirmation, for cancellations made up to 8 days before arrival, 75% will be refunded, though if cancelled with less than 8 days to arrival deposit will be forfeited, no refund will be given and your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking.
- In spite of confirmed bookings, in cases due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control if we are unable to provide the accommodation, full refund will be given or alternative accommodation can be arranged on request. Although all efforts are made to take care of the customers and their convenience.
